Qinpu modenized centre of printing and business is invested and build by Wenhui-xinmin United Press Group and Shanghai Printing Group Co., Ltd in Qinpu Industry Park. The two groups also establish a new enterprise, Wenhui-xinmin United Media Printing-Business Co., Ltd, which is responsible for the implement of projects. The enterprise, with RMB 100 million registered capital, is held by Zhonghua Printing Co., Ltd.

Wenhui-xinmin comprehensive printing and business Centre is located in D16 area in the south east of Qinpu Industry Park. The transportation of it is very convenient , and it is 10km from Huning highway,12km from Huhang highway and less than 1km from 318 national road. It has 163612sq.m total construction area, 88600sq.m structure area, 206580sq.m industry area, 56600sq.m green area(27.4% green area).

The established centre will be divided into two areas, printing and delivery:

Printing area is mainly consist of Shanghai Zhonghua printing Co., Ltd and Commercial Press Shanghai Printing Co., Ltd. Those two mainstay enterprise fixed with each other and move to the centre. Besides, a lot of first-class printing equipments and technique will be introduced here with the cooperation between world famous print enterprises. The centre will be established as top printing area of Shanghai.
Delivery area is invested and established on the basis of Shanghai Centry Publishing Group.

Those two areas are relatively independent and under isolatedly management. But the contact between the two is fast and convenient and there are mutually complementary between each other on business. The combination of those two parts will greatly improve the running efficiency and let the centre to be a comprehensive basement combined with printing and logistic delivery.
